Weave 365 is a Factory-to-Consumer (F2C) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand connecting you directly with skilled Banarasi saree weavers. We eliminate middlemen to offer authentic, premium-quality sarees at fair prices.

2. Are your sarees authentic Banarasi sarees?

Yes. All our sarees are made by master weavers in Varanasi using time-honored weaving techniques and premium materials. Every piece is quality-checked before dispatch.

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website. Simply browse the catalog, add your selected saree(s) to the cart, and follow the secure checkout process.

4. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide, including to India, the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and more. Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary by location.

5. How long does delivery take?

For deliveries within India, orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days. International orders may take 10–15 working days depending on customs clearance and shipping conditions.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payments through PayPal.

7. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Currently, COD is not available. All orders must be prepaid to maintain seamless delivery and transparency.

8. Can I customize a saree or request a bulk order?

Yes! We offer customization and bulk order options for weddings, gifting, boutiques, and resellers. Please reach out via WhatsApp or our Contact us page.

9. What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the delicate nature of our products and the made-to-order model, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are only allowed in case of a wrong or defective item received. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

10. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section after logging into your account.

11. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer special pricing for boutiques, resellers, and export buyers. Contact us directly for our wholesale catalog and pricing.

We work directly with Banarasi weavers, ensuring fair wages, regular work, and skill development. Every purchase helps sustain their craft and livelihood.

13. Do you provide a certificate of authenticity with the sarees?

Yes. Each saree comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming it is a genuine Banarasi weave made by our partnered artisans in Varanasi.
