1. Return Eligibility
At Weave 365, every Banarasi saree undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted nature and limited availability of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

Damaged (e.g., physically torn or stained)

Incorrect (e.g., a different product was delivered than what was ordered)
2. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges, as our sarees are produced in limited quantities with intricate craftsmanship. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to claim damage or product discrepancy.
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. To request a cancellation or change, email us immediately at hello@weave365.com with your order number.

Pre-orders and custom orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for approved cancellations.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
